Once you've chosen your form to work on, you will begin entering all of the key information needed for your event. Just fill in the blanks, answer "yes" or "no" where applicable, etc.

NOTE: Most of the items will be self-explanatory, however if there isn’t a place for something you are planning, you can enter it in the “Other Information” field on the bottom of the form.

As a guide, you can always refer to the samples which are available in the Client Planning Section on the website - links to the samples are just below the forms icons. (see right)

SAVING/LOADING YOUR WORK

Similar to the Song Request List, you can “Save My Planner”, “Load My Planner”, “Print My Planner” or (2 weeks before the event, “Submit My Planner” for your entertainer to work on.
